Forum Official Language

The official language will be English. Simultaneous interpretation into English & Farsi will be provided.

Entry Visa

We will do all the work of your visa within a week, you just send us your passports for this  email: info@iranoilconf.ir and send you article then you can pay cost for conference in conference day.

Forum Date & Venue

All plenary sessions will be held on the February  18, 2017 at  Tehran - Iran.

Exhibition

An exhibition will be held at the Forum’s venue. Booths are available for the price of Euro 100 equivalent, per square meter. To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Forum Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran.

Registration

The registration fee is Dollors. The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions, programs and documents, visas services
and all local transportation (shuttle service between venue, hotel and airport).

A premium package, which includes the registration fee, as well as four nights stay at the Parsian Azadi Hotel, is available. Forum documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who can not attend the event at the price of 500 $ equivalent.

Cancellation

Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take their place. In case of cancellation, a written notice is required before November 25, 2016 . A cancellation fee of 100% will be dedicated from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
